WE COME TO YOU!!!

Fiberglass

Fiberglass Repair

If your fiberglass boat has any fractures, holes, or general hull damage to the keel, chine, or transom, we grind out the damaged area and lay up new fiberglass for reconstruction back to the original thickness and integrity. Finished with gel coat.

For issues such as osmosis, the top layers are removed and patched with marine-grade epoxies. The entire bottom hull is then repainted to the waterline to ensure future integrity.

Depending on severity and number of steps needed, this process can take several days due to curing, sanding, and refinishing.

Gel Coat

Gel Coat Repair

For chips and spider cracks in the gel coat on hatches, decks, swim grids, the area is ground down to the first layer of fiberglass, and then fresh gel coat is applied to match original thickness. Polish is then applied for seamless finish.  Gel coat is colour matched as close as possible (to be discussed with customer during quote).

This service can be completed, depending on severity and quantity, in less than a day.

For fiberglass repairs, this process is more involved given the surface area and curing  times.

Sealing

Sealing

If you're experiencing leaks around windows, wet headliners, mold, stain lines, or any other mysterious moisture, your boat may have sealant leaks around their hatches, windows, or deck fittings. We will explore potential avenues of entry to resolve the issue by sealing any leaks with marine-grade caulking.

Depending on discovery time, severity of leak, and if repair requires rebuilding (as additional service), time can vary from several hours to a couple of days.

Bright Work

Brightwork

Remove rust and oxidation to restore the original shine of railings, light bars, cleats, latches, bow sprits, masts, ladders. etc. Finished with polish to a reflective shine.

Due to the amount of detailing required, this service is quoted hourly. Timeframes will vary depending on the amount of items being polished.

Waxing

Waxing

Analyze amount of damage and integrity of gel coat condition. Determine if the finish requires a heavier more in-depth restoration such as a rubbing compound or if a simpler cut-polish is required for light oxidization. A basic wax is also available, if oxidization is minimal.

Rubbing compound and cut-polish are finished with a marine-grade wax. Bottom hull or top-side can be quoted individually. For small to mid-sized boats, turnaround time is approximately one (1) day.

RVMaintenance

RV Maintenance

Service mainly covers sealing, basic rot, and winterizing. Due to the complexity of RV's all jobs need to be inspected before providing a quote.

Quotes and approximate timeframes will be provided on a per job basis within 24 hours of inspection.
